About Snowmen
Set in a wintry mountain town, the story centers on Billy (Bobby  Coleman), a 10-year-old whose ever-present wool beanie signals something  besides cold temperatures. He is living in a snowbound town who has  already known his share of drama in life, as he's recovering from a bout  with cancer.Billy’s dad Reggie (Ray Liotta) is a flashy used car  salesman with a history of stretching the truth, so when he parents tell  him his cancer is in remission, Billy is not inclined to believe them.  Billy is determined to do something that will give him a reputation that  will live on after he's goneand he wants to make some sort of impact on  the world before he goes, he decides to attempt to break the world  record for the most snowmen created in a single day. Billy and his pals  Howard (Bobb'e J. Thompson) and Jason (Josh Flitter) get the idea that  they should get their names in the Guinness Book of World Records, and  come up with just they way to do it -- set a new record for making the  most snowmen in a single day.
